Terms

These terms apply to purchases on TajBee, operated by Tajbee Traders OPC Private Limited. Placing an order means you accept them, together with the shipping and refund pages.

Prices and payment

• The product price is the price shown for the variant you select. Shipping is separate.
• You may browse prices in another currency. The amount you pay is the rupee total of the goods plus the shipping method you select.
• Payment is taken online before the order is saved. An order exists only after that payment is confirmed.

Shipping

You choose one shipping method from those offered for your country and postal code. The charge and the delivery window are the ones shown for that method at checkout. Delivery to a wrong address that you submitted is not a failed order.

Your account

You are responsible for the phone number and email on the account, and for the address you select. Do not place an order for goods you are not allowed to import into the destination country.

If we cannot fulfill an order

If a paid item cannot be sourced or shipped, we cancel that part of the order and refund what you paid for it, including its shipping charge when the parcel was not handed to the carrier.

Liability

The company’s responsibility for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where the law does not allow that limit. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
