Shipping

Tajbee Traders OPC Private Limited charges shipping only for the method you select at checkout. It is not included in the product price.

How the methods are chosen

• After you choose a delivery address, the store asks for the methods available to that country and postal code.
• Each method shows its name, shipping charge, and the delivery window quoted for that route.
• You pick one method. The charge is added to the goods total before you pay.
• If no method is returned for that address, checkout cannot continue for that address.

Dispatch and tracking

• The parcel is sent to the name, phone number, and address saved on the order.
• The delivery window is the quote shown for the method you picked. It is an estimate, not a promised calendar date.
• When a tracking number exists, the order page lists the carrier, the number, and the scans that have been posted.

Address

Check the country, postal code, and phone number before you pay. A wrong address can delay the parcel or cause the carrier to return it. Changing the address after payment depends on whether the parcel has already been handed over.
