What we collect

• Name, phone number, and email address, so you can sign in and we can reach you about an order.
• Delivery address, including country and postal code, so shipping can be quoted and the parcel can be sent.
• The products, variant, quantity, shipping method, and amount you pay.
• A payment reference from the gateway. Card numbers, UPI PINs, and similar secrets are handled by the payment gateway and are not stored on this store.

Why we use it

• To create your account and show your orders.
• To charge the amount you confirmed and to refund it when a refund is due.
• To pass the delivery details to the carrier that ships the order.
• To keep records we are required to keep for tax and payment disputes.

Who else sees it

The payment gateway sees the payment. The carrier and the supplier who ship the parcel see the delivery name, phone, and address. We do not sell personal information.

How long it is kept

Account and order records stay while the account is open and for as long as we need them for a refund, a dispute, or a legal duty. You can ask us to correct your name, phone, email, or saved addresses from your account, or through the contact page.
