4. How to Initiate a Return

5. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will reimburse shipping charges.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection via email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed and Credited within 5 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional bank processing time if necessary.

7. Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the returns procedure and place a new order on our website.
  • We will process a refund for the returned item once received, and you can purchase the exchange immediately. or if you want exchange the product will be delivered within 5-7days
