2. Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products should be in their original condition: unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required for all returns.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Clearance or heavily discounted items marked “Non-Returnable”
4. How to Initiate a Return

5. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will reimburse shipping charges.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
6. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection via email.
- Approved refunds will be processed and Credited within 5 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional bank processing time if necessary.
7. Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the returns procedure and place a new order on our website.
- We will process a refund for the returned item once received, and you can purchase the exchange immediately. or if you want exchange the product will be delivered within 5-7days
