Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We partner with reputable carriers such as India Post, Blue Dart, and Delhivery.

Carrier selection depends on your location and package size.

3. Shipping Rates

Flat-rate shipping fees apply based on order value and delivery location:

  • Orders above ₹1,000: Free standard shipping
  • Orders below ₹1,000: ₹50 standard shipping

Express shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.


4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within India only.

PO boxes and military APO/FPO addresses are supported via India Post.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


5. Delivery Time Estimates

Standard Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days.

Express shipping delivers within 1–3 business days.

Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or regional disruptions.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking portal.

You can also track your order via the “My Orders” section of your tajbee.theoptimumwebs.in account.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

All prices on our website are inclusive of applicable GST.

There are no additional customs or import duties for domestic shipments.

Any unexpected charges levied by the carrier must be handled by the recipient.


8. Lost or Damaged Items

Inspect all packages upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email tajbeetraders@gmail.com within 3 days, including photos of the packaging and product.

We will arrange a replacement or refund once the claim is reviewed.


9. Shipping Restrictions

Hazardous materials, perishable goods, and restricted items are not eligible for shipping.

We reserve the right to cancel orders that violate carrier policies or legal regulations.

If your order is canceled, you will receive a full refund.
